Payment Options
  • All Internet orders must be prepaid.

  • HandPicked accepts MC, Visa and American Express.

  • Bridal and Corporate discounts are available for orders of 12 pieces or more.  Please call our customer service department for more information.

  • Engraving on monogram items is included in the price of the item. There is a $5 additional charge to engrave a date.
 
Shipping Information
HandPicked ships UPS ground service, unless otherwise requested. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping and delivery on items.

Returns and Repairs
Please take special care when ordering personalized items as they are not returnable.

Return Policy
All monogrammed items are non-refundable. Non-monogrammed items may be exchanged for other merchandise or returned for a HandPicked merchandise credit within four weeks of receipt of items. If non-monogrammed items are purchased from one of our stores locations, the store return policy will be applied which states: We will GLADLY exchange merchandise or issue a store credit within 14 days of purchase on full price merchandise with BOTH ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED AND RECEIPT. ALL SALES FINAL ON MONOGRAMMED MERCHANDISE. THANK YOU for being HandPicked!

Repair Policy
Repairs will be free of charge on items returned within four weeks or purchase. All other repairs will be made at the customer's expense.

Guarantee 
All items are Sterling Silver unless otherwise noted. We are unable to guarantee the monogramming on Silver-Plated items.
