Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Time Frames:
Monogram usually takes 7-10 business days to ship out from our corporate office. Cut-out monogram pieces take 6-8 weeks. All regular merchandise ships within 3-5 business days.

HandPicked, Inc Policy:

  • All exchanges must be accompanied by the tag and receipt.
  • Exchanges or store credit will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase.
  • No money is given back.
  • Store Credits don’t expire.
  • ALL SALES FINAL ON MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE.

 

How To Return An Item:
All items purchased may be exchanged within a 14 day time frame (excludes monogram items). You must return the original item within 14 days of your purchase. Monogram Items are FINAL sale.

  • 1. Please email customerservice@handpicked.net to request an exchange and we will begin the process. If it was a defective piece of merchandise we will send a label to send the merchandise back.

  • 2. Mail your returned item to:

  • 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. (we send out a return form with every package, please fill this out when returning.)

    Return Exceptions:
    Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON MONOGRAM ITEMS.

    Restocking Fee:
    We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order or include it in the exchange of the piece.

    Exchanges:
    If you want to exchange your item for a different color you may do so within the 14 day time frame. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay for the return shipping.
